We could start from the Roman imperial city: Ravenna! A very long story of waters, mosaics, Romans and Barbarians… where Dante Alighieri found hospitality and was inspired and where he wanted to live! Even now it seems its soul is still wandering around the beloved pinewoods along the coast.
During our trip good wine and the traditional hand made pasta will not be missed! We will find an healthy and tipical tavern able to pass on the best of our local cooking.
