Born in the shadow of the Two Towers, my experience in the world of tourism began at the turn of the millennium, when I had the good fortune to work in the Reception of some prestigious hotels in Bologna, Sardinia and Elba Island.
I am a multifaceted person with a wide range of interests, so I can lead tours to discover cities of art, food and wine, street art, etc., but above all "tailor-made".
In fact, I like to organise tours and events that go beyond standardised routes, involving the visitor in in-depth insights and typical experiences capable of conveying our territorial reality.
I am passionate about Sustainable Tourism, specifically I can lead cycling tours of any level and a new tourist segment that combines sport with a light running city tour.
In 2017 I obtained an IFTS Diploma, participating in an 800-hour course funded by the Emilia-Romagna Region and the European Social Fund, acquiring the qualification of "Technician for tourism promotion specialising in the development of Food and Wine Tourism".
I consider interpersonal skills to be the basis of this profession. Fundamental to listening, understanding the needs of clients and making myself understood both by more 'specialist' groups and by visitors looking for pleasant and engaging experiences.
In conclusion, continuous training and updating in the historical, artistic, cultural and linguistic fields allow me to always be at a high level in order to face a rapidly evolving and changing tourist market.
