To discover the history and art of Bologna we start from Piazza Maggiore and the Fountain of Neptune with a walk of about two hours and a half. In addition to the Basilica of San Petronio and the city-hall, which are the religious and political heart of the city, the tour includes a visit to the Archiginnasio palace first unique seat of the oldest university in the world, born in Bologna in the eleventh century.
