The Tourist Guide/Nature Guide is not a “Cicero”. She/He is a professional in Tourism and Culture who continually updates her/his own skills and knowledge to pass them down in the most suitable and enjoyable way to any type of tourist or visitor (children and elderly, retired people and top managers, wherever they are from, Italian, European, outside Europe, in group or individuals).
The Tourist Guide is the added value of a trip or a visit, because she/he emphasizes what is illustrated and deeply affects on the appreciation of the tourist/visitor, on his desire to come back or to share and recommend the experience.
The rating is a measure of the professionalism of a Tourist Guide. For this reason it is important to choose a high quality professional, who turns the journey and the visit into a positive and exciting experience.
A license is requested to practice this profession, all Tourist Guides must pass different exams. Confguide Bologna professionals are regularly enabled and have successfully passed the exams required by Law.
Confguide Bologna believes that the professionalism of its Guides should go beyond what is required by Law to ensure the highest quality, protect customers and make the most of the historical, artistic, archaeological, anthropological, gastronomic, natural heritage of Italy
